12^th May of the year 2012 was marked in the calendars of Edmarkers in Brunei. It was our very first Social and Recognition night! Staff, Guest, and Distributors especially Achievers of Edmark Brunei were excited and really doing their best to make the event a success.

The event started with the arrival of guest and registration. 30 Members and 7 guest came unaware of what was prepared for them. Once everyone was assembled in the training room, Marketing Eagle Stephanie Eslava, the emcee for that day started the program and called on Miss Erlinda Buri for the opening prayer.

The event then proceeded; of course, with our dance energizers which was led by our very own members and leaders of Edmark Brunei and also joined by our DCM, Mr. Knaf Trinidad. Followed by opening remarks from SPV Mrs. Erlinda Coloma.

We have recognized 6 Distributors present in the event namely; Maricris Villanueva (Sept. 2011), Merlita Mallo-Roth (Oct. 2011), Deanna Jean Santiago (Jan. 2012), Cesario Dela Cruz (Jan. 2012), Ednet Bulatin (Feb. 2012), and Erlinda Buri ( Dec. 2011), 6 Supervisors; Lorna Anero (Dec. 2011), Lowell Magno (Jan. 2012), Aurelio Galarido (Jan. 2012), Azunar Radja Ballentes (Feb. 2012), Precy mari Frontuna ( Feb. 2012), and Erlinda Coloma (Mar. 2012). The mentioned people were so encouraged to do even better when they knew that they are being acknowledged.

After Senior Distributors and Supervisors had been recognized, we continued with the manager recognition. The managerial pins were presented by Mrs. Darlene Trinidad Lau to our newly promoted managers of Edmark Brunei.The managers who were present were: Ms. Asther Oyando and Ms. Sally Remarata and they were given the opportunity to give their short impromptu speeches to thank and encourage the people present.

Lastly, Mary Jane Lumanta was awarded for her hard work and now, she is now a Sapphire Manager. Her hard work really did pay off. Sapphire Managerial pin was presented to Mary Jane Lumanta by Double Crown Manager, Knaf Trinidad. With great deal of happiness, Mary Jane Lumanta delivered her speech thanking the people who helped her along the way and sharing her journey from where she started to where she is now. Right after the speech, DCM Knaf Trinidad also delivered his inspirational message and emphasized the Benefits and Roles of reaching Manager to Ruby Manager position. He encouraged the crowd to work hard and persevere because, in the end of the long run, their hard work will be paying off.

In between the program were outstanding performances from our Brunei members and exciting games for everyone. Emerald Manager DarleneTrinidad Lau brought the announcements and the closing remarks and closing prayer was done by Emerald Manager Lau Hee Kiong.

The event came to an end and it was a huge success to Edmark Brunei and we are really thank God that He was in our midst while planning everything. We look forward to our next event and looking forward seeing you all there.

CONGRATULATIONS EDMARK BRUNEI!

It is indeed a great excitement whenever Edmark Brunei is having an event where their members will enthusiastically come and join them to participate and support the event, in case of last 10th May 2012; it was our first Success System Manager (SSM) training.

The event was started with an opening prayer by our Emerald Manager Mr. Lau Hee Kiong. Present was 12 leaders of Edmark Brunei and also none other than our Double Crown Manager (DCM) Mr.Anafo Trinidad. The event preceded with our dance energizers, ‘Jai Ho’ and of course the Edmark City Song. As expected the leaders did the dance energizers splendidly and enthusiastically.

Edmarkers gave a warm welcome to our Double Crown Manager Anafo Trinidad as he takes the stage and educate our leaders how to become a manager. The attendees of the event attentively listened and took advices from our DCM and even asked their queries regarding the points presented by Mr. Anafo Trinidad.

Members left the place encouraged and motivated. Some of them even stayed back for fellowship with Mr. Anafo Trinidad and also to continue more discussion/inquiries regarding the business itself.

Edmark Brunei would like to thank God for being so good and for all the blessing that was poured and for what He is about to do here in Edmark Brunei Branch.

Edmark Brunei commenced their operation and had their soft-opening last 13^th April 2012. An answered prayer indeed for the leaders of Edmark Brunei as they started this business without a proper venue to meet up and conduct their training sessions but the day has come where God granted us favor to have our own office to accommodate and entertain our members and newcomers alike.

The occasion was blessed by Ps.  Render Luwis who blessed the place with the Christian opening prayer, followed by Mr. Abdul Latif bin Hj Metassan who did the Muslim Prayer. The occasion was also graced by Dato Chua Kong Leng Mr. Chua Pheng Chuan, Mr. Lau Hee Kiong, the Emerald Manager of Brunei and Mr. Yap Wai Yen,  Edmark’s International Consultant, for the ribbon cutting. There were also 140 people who witnessed the wonderful occasion favored by our God Almighty.

The crowd participated in the full of life Edmark dance energizers led by one of the Edmark Marketing Eagles, Stephanie Eslava and the other Edmark Brunei and Kota Kinabalu leaders. Energized members and visitors danced their hearts out and participated willingly in all the activities that took place in the event. The warm welcome and opening remarks was given by our Emerald Manager, Mr. Lau Hee Kiong and the special message was delivered by the International Consultant, Mr. Yap Wai Yen.

The event preceded to the blowing of candle and cake slicing which was done by the VIPs, Dato Chua Kong Leng, Ps. Render Luwis, Abdul Latif bin Hj. Metassan, Mr. Chua Pheng Chuan, Mr. Lau Hee Kiong and Mr. Yap Wai Yen.

2 Grand Membership Drive Rally took place. One in the afternoon and one at night. The first MDR in the afternoon went smoothly and was carried out by none other than Ms. Stephanie Eslava, Marketing Eagle of Edmark Kota Kinabalu. The second MDR which took place at night was a success as well and it was conducted by Manager, Mr. Joel Utong from Kota Kinabalu.  The visitors attentively listened to the Marketing eagles of Edmark and were amazed on how helpful Edmark can be.

The magnificent day ended with the members, visitors and leaders leaving the newly opened with a joyful heart and with a smile on their faces knowing that Edmark have arrived in Brunei. We would like to extend our thanks first, to God and of course to those people who made this event a success.

2^nd and 3^rd of November 2011, Edmark made another landmark to the rich land of Brunei “Kingdom of Unexpected Treasures”. Together with Mr. Yap Wai Yen, International Consultant, we flew all the way from Sabah to spread Edmark in Brunei.

The two-day seminars were organized by the lovely Edmark couple, Mr. Kiong and Ms. Darlene for their Downlines / Business Partners, but of course open also to all interested people to join the business. The hospitality was overwhelming. Bruneians showed their support and surprisingly they accepted us without hesitations.

True enough, for the first day we had Membership Drive Rally with over 130 attendees, supported by people with different walks of life and most of them are Filipinos. Everybody were at first very shy and hesitant to dance but then they were all enjoying and moving their bodies at the end. By the time the speaker started speaking their eyes are all focus and all-ears. The audiences were very responsive and active during the program. They were very eager to learn and gain knowledge about Edmark. Much to our delight, all of them opted to stay late at night to finish the seminar.

On the second day, again Edmarkers didn’t fail us; we conducted New Distributors Training (NDT) for them. Distributors are no longer hesitant to do the Edmark culture alone and within a group. The stigma of doing the culture alone has been gone. They were very happy and excited as well to know the Company’s history, its mission and vision. Some got notebooks and pens with them to right down all important details. For them to be motivated, newly promoted Manager, Peter Reyes, gave his income testimonial and encouraged everyone to continue doing Edmark and hoped to develop more leaders in Brunei by helping each other.

Furthermore, for two-days, Edmarkers got a chance to ask questions to our International Consultant, Mr. Yap Wai Yen, during the Q & A portion. Everybody paid attention especially when Mr. Yap shared his experiences and challenges to everyone while expanding Edmark all over the world. He also gave some techniques and advises to change their wrong mindset with regards to MLM business.

Thank you Bruneians for supporting us all throughout! This outstation wouldn’t be successful without you! Truly, this trip really indicates a healthy market opportunity for you in doing Edmark business. May these offerings create and chance to tap a growing Edmark market in your land.
